Arkansas Tamil Sangam (ARTS) is a secular organization in Little Rock the capitol, city of Arkansas state, USA, created to cultivate, promote, foster, and develop the advancement of knowledge in Tamil language and literature and to promote the exchange of ideas and understanding between the peoples of Tamil and other cultures.

ARTS has been serving the Tamil speaking community of Little Rock, Arkansas and surrounding areas for more than 15 years.
